Compare Contract Versions
Requirements
Two contract versions (original/old and revised/new)

Gather the contracts to compare:
- Original/old version
- Revised/new version
- Context: Is this a negotiation? Internal revision? Annual renewal?
- Which party proposed the changes (if known)

Perform detailed comparison:
For each section of the contract, identify:
ADDITIONS
- New text that didn't exist before
- New clauses or provisions
- Expanded language
DELETIONS
- Text that was removed
- Clauses that were deleted
- Shortened provisions
MODIFICATIONS
- Text that was changed
- Original wording
- New wording
- Nature of change
Present changes in order they appear in the document.

Categorize and assess each change:
- Section/clause location
- Change type (add/delete/modify)
- Materiality (High/Medium/Low)
- Category (payment, liability, IP, etc.)
- Brief commentary on implication
Provide a count summary at the end.
