- OR: Existing detailed comparison to summarize
- Audience: Who will read this summary?

Create executive summary:
OVERVIEW
- Total changes identified
- Material changes count
- Overall assessment (minor edits / significant changes / major revision)
KEY CHANGES (material only)
For each material change:
- What changed (plain language)
- Why it matters
- Risk implication
BY CATEGORY
- Payment/financial: [summary]
- Liability/risk: [summary]
- Term/termination: [summary]
- IP: [summary]
- Other: [summary]
RECOMMENDATION
- Accept as-is / Accept with minor comments / Negotiate / Significant concerns

Keep the summary under 1 page. Focus on what the reader needs to decide, not comprehensive detail.
