Run Skills Gap Analysis

Requirements
Current team skill matrix or description, desired future state, upcoming projects or priorities

Ask the user for skills assessment context:

  • What's your current team composition? (roles, levels, key skills)
  • Do you have a skill matrix? (they can share it or describe skills)
  • What are the key projects or priorities for the next 6-12 months?
  • What skills will those require?
  • Any known gaps you're already aware of?
  • Are there skills becoming less relevant?

If they have a skill matrix document, ask them to share it.

Generate skills gap analysis: current skill inventory (strong/adequate/gap), future
requirements matrix, prioritized gaps with resolution options (hire/train/contract),
single points of failure, and phased action plan with owners and cost estimates.

Present the analysis and offer:

  • "Want me to develop job descriptions for the recommended hires?"
  • "Should I create a training plan for upskilling?"
  • "Need help prioritizing which gaps to address first?"
                    To run this task you must have the following required information:
