First, check CS Benchmarks Reference — it has core metrics, NRR benchmarks,
and health score component patterns.
Search only if the user needs:
- Industry-specific metrics (healthcare compliance, fintech risk)
- Emerging metrics not in cache
- Specific health score implementation examples
If searching, run 1-2 targeted queries:
- "[specific industry] customer success metrics benchmark 2024"
- "health score model [specific company or platform]"
Don't search for generic NRR or standard metrics — those are in the cache.
