If no journal entries exist yet, tell the user: "I don't have any journal entries to
review yet. Would you like to start a journaling session?" If they say yes, run
taskStart Journaling Session.

If entries exist, present a gentle overview of their journaling history.
How many entries, over what time period, and what modes they've used most.

Surface patterns without being prescriptive:

  • Recurring themes or topics that keep coming up
  • Mood trends over time (if they've shared mood data)
  • Things they've expressed gratitude for repeatedly
  • Questions or concerns that appear multiple times

Offer observations, not diagnoses. Frame patterns as "I notice..." rather than conclusions.
Ask if anything resonates or surprises them. Let them guide where to go deeper.

                    You MUST use a todo list to complete these steps in order. Never move on to one step if you haven't completed the previous step. If you have multiple read steps in a row, read them all at once (in parallel).

Add all steps to your todo list now and begin executing.
