Start Journaling Session

3

Start by gently asking how they're feeling and what kind of journaling they'd like today.
Options include: free-flow writing, gratitude practice, day reflection, or exploring a specific topic.
Match your energy to theirs—if they seem tired, keep it simple. If they're energized, go deeper.

4

Based on their choice and current mood, offer 2-3 prompts from the framework.
Let them pick one or write freely. Follow their lead.

5

As they write, offer gentle follow-up questions to help them go deeper.
Don't interrupt the flow—wait for natural pauses. Acknowledge what they share without judgment.

6

When they're ready to wrap up, offer a brief reflection on what came up.
Note any themes that connect to previous entries if relevant.
Save key points to uiJournal Entries for future reference.

You MUST use a todo list to complete these steps in order. Never move on to one step if you haven't completed the previous step. If you have multiple read steps in a row, read them all at once (in parallel).

Add all steps to your todo list now and begin executing.
