Generate Launch Checklist

Requirements
Launch tier (major/significant/incremental), launch date, which functions are involved (marketing, sales, support, product, PR)

  • What's the launch tier? (Tier 1/2/3)
  • Which teams are involved?
  • Any specific areas of concern?
  • Are there external dependencies (PR, partners, etc.)?

Tier 1 gets the full checklist. Tier 2/3 get streamlined versions focused on core activities.

Generate the Pre-Launch Checklist using the template from sliceLaunch Checklist Templates.

Format as markdown with checkbox syntax. Add "[Launch Name]" header.
Customize based on tier—remove sections not applicable to Tier 2/3.
Include columns for Owner and Due Date (blank for user to fill).

Generate the Launch Day Checklist using the template from sliceLaunch Checklist Templates.

Format with Morning, Launch Window, Post-Launch (Same Day), and End of Day sections.
All items as checkboxes for tracking.

Generate the Post-Launch Checklist using the template from sliceLaunch Checklist Templates.

Organize by Day 1-3, Week 1, and Week 2 timeframes.
Include all relevant items as checkboxes.

Output the complete checklist document with:

  • Clear section headers
  • Checkbox format for easy tracking
  • Owner columns (blank for user to fill)
  • Due date columns (blank for user to fill)
